Supported acquisition and farm-out processes for small and mid-sized E&P companies across Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria, Gabon, and Angola. Coordinated and managed data rooms, led preparation of Information Memorandums and investor presentations, and engaged directly with host governments, prospective farminees, and financing parties. Responsibilities also included supporting banks and equity investors through technical and financial due diligence, bridging between advisers, lenders, and operator teams.

Unlike traditional oil and gas developments, CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization & Storage) projects involve the inverse application of reservoir and surface engineering—moving CO₂ from near-atmospheric pressure at the surface to deep geological sinks exceeding 2,000 PSI. The technical challenge lay in compression design, material integrity, and predictive reservoir behavior under injection—all while aligning with evolving regulatory frameworks.

As part of a major turret repair campaign, the client required a high-performing execution team to deliver complex modifications to production systems aboard a deepwater FPSO. The challenge involved coordinating multiple brownfield work scopes under live operating conditions, while planning critical system shutdowns and managing interface complexity—without compromising on safety, schedule, or budget.

The audit uncovered over 3,500 deficiencies, spanning from missing documentation to serious physical risks. The client needed a structured execution strategy to prioritize, package, and resolve these issues without disrupting operations.

The operator required a comprehensive underwater maintenance program for all its offshore assets in the Gulf of America to uphold safety and environmental integrity. The scope was vast, involving over 1,100 offshore structures, with strict constraints: no disruption to ongoing production or drilling, zero safety incidents, and adherence to environmental protection standards.
